Located on the tiny island of Easdale, 16 miles South of Oban, The Puffer offers a warm welcome and true Scottish hospitality to both visitors and the small island community. Occupying two traditional quarrier's cottages the tearoom/restaurant overlook the picturesque harbour and there is also a community children's play park opposite the decked area to the front. The cosy bar is to the rear of the property and features a Puffer themed bar and small lounge area. During the day the tearoom serves locally caught seafood, light lunches, great coffee, loose leaf teas, home baking & ice cream. On selected nights the restaurant features a small but select menu of local seafood and great home cooked dishes using as much local produce as possible. We make all our own desserts as well as a range of award winning jams, preserves & chutneys which are also available to buy. Our tiny bar stocks a range of local bottled ales as well as several Scottish draught beers and lager. There is a fine array of malts and a great selection of Scottish boutique gins. We have a small but select wine list as well as a house white and red on draught. Due to our location and logistics we highly recommend booking especially for larger parties and dinner reservations to avoid disappointment.
