Recently renovated this iconic, stylish B Listed Storehouse situated in the central Kirkwall just off the main shopping area has a ground floor restaurant retaining its original interior woodwork, oak flooring and stone arches.

"Next Level of Orkney Dining Experience -The pesto pannacotta was unreal and the cripsy chicken was cooked to perfection. After mains we got desserts and were not disappointed. Sit in comfort in our brand new restaurant " Leonards " at The Storehouse and watch your food being cooked in our open kitchen. The "Leonards" seats around 60 and is perfect for larger parties and for that more intimate special celebration why not book our private dining room the "Aurora Borealis" which can seat 30 people. With its stone archways and glass doors you can still feel part of the main atmosphere.

At The Storehouse we take pride in using as much Orkney Produce as possible, and work closely with local suppliers. Our head chef has created unique dishes and daily specials for all tastes.

Children are welcome at all times, and have lots of healthy options to choose from such as homemade beef burger, fish bites and their very own menu. We also have a special Gluten Free/ Dairy Free/Vegan/Vegetarian Menu along with a Lunch and Evening Menu.

Our wine list has been carefully selected by Duncan Maclean from Kirkness & Gorie in Kirkwall, and we have a wide selection of local beers, gins and whiskies along with your favourite cocktails to choose from.
