Welcome to Thyme Bistro at Errichel , featuring the best of local and Scottish produce with flavours and influences from around the world. Locally sourced, but globally inspired - join us for a delicious lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or simply coffee and a chat.
All-day dining in Highland Perthshire just got even more delicious. Thyme Bistro is an all-day casual dining experience situated within Errichel, a working rare-breeds farm, with a menu that is locally sourced, but globally inspired. Whilst enjoying all-day breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, or just artisan coffee and cakes, visitors enjoy elevated views of the Tay Valley and the Grampian mountain range beyond. Situated 2 miles outside the picturesque town of Aberfeldy, just 90 minutes from Glasgow and Edinburgh, Thyme Bistro is an essential stopping point on your visit to Scotland.
The brainchild of Patron Chef, Paul Newman, the Bistro operates the same foodie philosophy that stood behind previous award-winning restaurant 'Thyme at Errichel', offering the best of local, Scottish and British produce with flavours and influences from around the world. The menu offering still showcases the farms own rare breed Shetland Beef and other homemade delicacies, but the environment is casual and relaxed, with visitors encouraged to stop by for anything from artisan coffee and cake, to the Bistro's signature venison tagine. This approach is proving to be extremely popular, so booking ahead of your visit is highly recommended. Adjoining Thyme Bistro is Thyme Deli, a superb foody shopping experience, open until 5pm. If you simply can't drag yourself away, luxury holiday accommodation is available at Errichel House and Cottages.
