The style is a fusion of traditional Scottish and contemporary European cuisine. Our signature dishes include the classic Aberdeen Angus Steak cooked with An Edradour Whisky and Wild chantrelle mushrooms sauce, and our decadent home baked Drambuie Bread n Butter pudding.... a dessert to die for!

The menu changes daily and has four choices at each course. Each menu is balanced with ingredients sourced from our abundant harvest from the Hills, Lochs and Glens of Perthshire’s rich larder.
