Tryst Brewery, is an independent family brewery based in Larbert, Scotland and produces cask conditioned real ales and bottles conditioned beers; the brewery is also producing beer in keg.
The brewery was founded in 2003, focusing on adding new twists to traditional recipes to create unique takes on classic ales. Brews are made from Scottish malt from Mungoswells in East Lothian with additions from Bairds Malt to add depth of colour and flavour. We also use hops from around the world.
There’s a wide range of beers; core range of eight beers, plus a range of Porters, Hop Trails and ‘special’ brews. Also on the market are ‘brewed for’ beers for particular businesses or attractions e.g. The Falkirk Wheel, Hopetoun House Estate, and Loch Katrine.
Recognised in the industry the Brewery has won countless awards from CAMRA and SIBA. Most recently winning CAMRA Champion Beer of Scotland 2016 for Raj IPA.
We are a small team; we focus on taste and quality.
