Welcome to Waterfront Fishouse Oban, centrally located in Oban's town centre with stunning views across Oban Bay to the Island of Kerrera and beyond.
The Waterfront Fishouse Restaurant is set in the centre of Oban in the scenic West coast of Scotland. The food served in our restaurant is great quality and super fresh. We specialise in seafood and fish but also serve poultry, steak, venison and vegetarian options with all ingredients sourced locally wherever possible.
Located on the upper floor of what used to be the old Fishermen's Mission, we have spectacular views over beautiful Oban Bay towards the islands of Kerrera, Lismore & Mull. Watch the comings and goings of the ferries and fishing boats as you eat, maybe catch a glimpse of a seal in the bay and enjoy the luxury of views of the sun going down behind the Island of Kerrera.
We have a stylish comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and are delighted to welcome chidren. We have an early evening menu which is perfect for families wanting to eat a little earlier and we can serve a children's portion of any of our main meals.
The Waterfront is also an ideal venue for any type of function; small weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries etc. If required, we can convert part of the upper restaurant into a dance floor, and can serve any kind of food required! We are also more than happy produce set menus for groups of people wishing to come and eat together, for example local businesses
