Visit Aberlour Distillery, the birthplace of the award-winning Aberlour Single Malt and Home of A'bunadh.
Due to on-site construction, there will be NO tours of production areas in 2022. Tastings experiences are available. Because of limited space, pre-booking is recommended.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction activity on site, all visitors are asked to park cars and bikes in Aberlour village and walk to the visitor centre. For disability access, please call ahead and appropriate parking will be made available on the day. Colleagues continue to adhere to some safety measures to protect both visitors and staff.
At its magical location alongside the River Spey, the small and intimate Aberlour Distillery holds a special place in the hearts of malt whisky lovers. The expert crafting of spirit and cask has created a range of award-winning single malt whiskies with layers of complexity and richness.
Aberlour Distillery offers a range of tutored tasting experiences perfect for those new to whisky and the serious whisky aficionados. Tastings start from £20 per person; only over18s can attend.
Experience five different expressions in The Best of Aberlour, a lively exploration of their most beloved whiskies. From the classic Aberlour age statements to whiskies only available at the distillery, each flight is specially selected by the host on the day.
Sample four single cask, cask strength whiskies from the Distillery Reserve Collection in The Single Cask Experience. From sweetest American Oak barrels to the richest European Oak butts, explore how the Aberlour new-make spirit interacts and matures in different oak casks. Whiskies for this tutored tasting are also specially selected on the day.
Looking for something a little more unique? Look no further than The Secret Speyside Tasting. Travel through time and space with five mature expressions from the award-winning Secret Speyside Collection – distilleries rarely bottled as a single malt. These include special bottlings from Braes of Glenlivet, Glen Keith, Longmorn, and Caperdonich.
Spaces are limited to 8 per experience; please book in advance via the website to avoid disappointment.
