I provide a selection of small bespoke day craft workshops. These include- Needle felting, mosaic and rug hooking and pebble decoupage. Full materials, experienced tuition and lunch is provided. Suitable for beginners. Prices from £85 per person

Have an enjoyable day creating your own unique piece of artwork in Kirkwall, on the gorgeous Island of Orkney.

Small workshops of no more than 4 will ensure one to one tuition of all students. Free light lunch is provided.

Choose from various Mosaic projects, incorporating recycled materials. Needle felting a landscape picture. Wool hooking a small design or decoupage a pebble collected off the nearby beach.

Catherine is an experienced tutor with many 5 star reviews. Support will be offered as much or little as is required and each student will be encouraged to explore their own creativity in producing their unique design. Inspiration for their piece will come from online resources, books or designs brought on the day.

The workshops are suitable for beginners but a certain amount of dexterity of hands and fingers are required.

More than one workshop can be booked at a time over a few days to create a complete little creative holiday break.

Workshops are usually booked on a demand basic but sometimes fixed dates are also provided. Please inquire about a mutually suitable date. Workshop prices are £60-£70 each inclusive.
