Cairngorm Mountain is gradually reopening from the 15th July with our Cairngorm Cafe, Mountain Garden, retail outlet and toilet facilities. People will also be able to access the mountain range from our car park.
Our absolute priority is to keep visitors and our staff safe. That’s why we’re taking great care to put comprehensive social distancing measures in place across the site, following Scottish Government guidelines, including:
Outside seating area
- Information and directional signage, providing clear instructions for visitors on how to safely move around the site
- Regular cleaning across the site and hand sanitiser provided at the entrance to the Mountain Café and retail outlet
- Staff and visitors will be asked to wear a face covering when indoors in our Café, shop and when using the toilet facilities
- Staff will monitor and manage the number of customers in the café, retail outlet and toilet facilities at any given time and help direct people safely around the site
- The café will provide a takeaway ‘grab and go’ food and beverage service for the time being, which will be evaluated on an ongoing basis

Snowsports at Cairngorm Mountain
Cairngorm Mountain has been offering snowsports for over 50 years. We offer 30km of ski runs, 11 lifts, a fully maintained freestyle park. The snowsports season typically runs from December through until April, but this varies from year to year depending on weather. You don’t have to have your own ski or snowboard equipment either, because you can hire everything you need with us.
Presently our exhibition is on hold due to Covid 19 restrictions.
