There are ancient woodlands, forest walks, a lakeside amble and an Iron Age Hill Fort only an hour out from the Main House. There is also a one acre walled garden, which provides food for the kitchen (and is available for purchase depending on the time of year.)
Chisholme is a school of esoteric education, offering students the space to journey into themselves and discover what it really means to be human. But anyone is welcome to come and explore the grounds for the day.
The Main House is a converted Georgian hunting lodge, that was abandoned before the First World War. Since the 1970's, the staff and students of Chisholme have been rebuilding and adding onto the estate and now we are able to open the grounds to visitors.
Tea and cake are offered every day at 4pm (free), and Lunch is served every day at 1pm (£10 donation pp). If you would like to stay for Lunch, please call in advance.
We would love for you to come and explore the grounds. Everyone is welcome.
