- Head north on M90
- At junction 2A, Use the left 2 lanes to take the A92 exit to Kirkcaldy/Glenrothes
- Continue onto A92
- Take the A910/B981 exit towards Kirkcaldy West/Cardenden
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto B981
- At the roundabout, continue straight onto B922
- Turn right onto our Centre's road
- Turn left to take you to our car park
- accessible parking can be found on the left with our main car park and overflow to the right.
