Crombie Country Park consists of 200 acres of woodland around the striking Crombie Loch. Enjoy 7 km of woodland trails, including the Discovery Trail where you can find out about Crombie’s fascinating social and natural history.
The area is a fantastic place to spot wildlife. Look out for red squirrels, woodpeckers, roe deer and waterfowl as you explore the woodland and loch.
Children will love the adventure play area, and picnic and barbecue areas are also available. Large groups should book in advance. Fun events are held throughout the year, including guided walks.
Facilities also include a visitor centre with leaflets and handy information, and the ranger service also provides useful advice.
The 36 point orienteering course is open all year, with a junior course and ‘Animalteering’ available for younger children.
The toilet facilities, parking, tree trail, ranger centre, and picnic area are all accessible for wheelchairs.
