The Finsbay Fishing permit allows fishing in all lochs on the system (including Flodabay and Stockinish. Online booking available at https://www.finsbaycottages.co.uk/book-fishing and through FishPal.
The fishings comprise about 50 lochs on Finsbay, 35 on Flodabay and 17 on Stockinish of a variety of sizes each with two separate tributaries to the sea. Some of the lochs are near the road, most can be reached within thirty minutes, and the most distant are within an hour's walk. There is a system of daily rotation.
Anyone looking to fish purely for Brown Trout on the Finsbay fishing during the months of March, April and May. can obtain a rod for the week priced at £30, please contact the fishery direct.

Gillie available at extra charge
Up to 20 boats available - no charge with oars, extra charge for outboard motor (£10 per day)
A special low boat is available for the disabled which carries up to three anglers and a ghillie (a motor is necessary for this boat and a gillie is compulsory)
Hut with facilities
Children 15 years old and under can fish for free but must carry an FOC permit to comply with current Scottish legislation. All anglers must carry their permit on them.
Accommodation is available in
Cliff Cottage which sleeps 6 in three twin bedded rooms. A put me up bed + cot is available for use in either property.
Arran, Coll and Inver Lodges
We also have three Lodges which sit on the site of the old Finsbay Lodge beside the hut on the Finsbay system. Each has three bedrooms, open plan sitting room with dining area/kitchen. One has a conservatory overlooking the river into the sea pool. All have disabled access and a downstairs bedroom and wet room as well as two bedrooms upstairs one of which is en-suite and a further family bathroom.
