Forty Four is a premium health and fitness centre, with a free-weight gym; fitness classes; kickboxing; hairdressers; massage therapists; nail technicians and a large street food restaurant there is something for everyone!
Forty Four is a health and fitness facility which is spread across 3 floors - the whole building is wheelchair accessible via a lift.
The first floor is dedicated to the open plan, strength and conditioning style gym; just off from the gym is the cycle studio where there is 7 top of the range Keiser M3i Spin bikes - this class is kept relatively small so the customers get the instructors full attention; and the choice of 30 or 45 minute sessions.
The second floor is largely a restaurant ran by The Mooth which specialise in street food and hearty portions. Along from that is our second studio where most of the fitness classes are held, these range from: Les Mills - BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyBalance, GRIT Series, Yoga Adults/Yoga Kids/Yoga Core and Pilates.
There are several rooms which house local, skilled practitioner: hairdressers; massage therapists; nail technicians; physio therapist and hypnutritionist.
Finally on the third floor is devoted to SFEAR Kickboxing, a martial arts school which welcomes all abilities to learn the physical skill of kickboxing while also challenging them mentally and physically.
