Enjoy a Highland Fold Garden & Barn Ice Cream adventure to our farm in Barcaldine half an hour north of Oban, where you can indulge in natural sustainable artisan ice cream in beautiful peaceful surroundings or enjoy one of our Whispering Cow Walks.
When you come to our farm, you will find a footpath from the car park, a couple of hundred metres walk will take you to our secluded garden and traditional stone, slate roofed barn ice cream parlour where we serve our unique natural artisan ice cream (including our signature Pure Highland gelato made with milk from our own Highland cows). Our ice cream is served with lovely hot puddings, baking and artisan coffee and speciality teas,
You might see some of our Highland cows as you make your way along the footpath or you can book onto one of our Whispering Cow Walks and enjoy a personal introduction to our fold of beautiful Highland Cattle.
We are half an hour north of Oban, an hour south of Fort William and half an hour south of Glen Coe. We are also only five minutes drive from the beautiful Sutherland's Grove forestry walks and a few minutes cycle from the Sustrans Cycle Track.
We have parking in our farm yard for less mobile visitors.
Dogs are welcome to visit on their leads but they are not allowed on the Whispering Cow Walks.
