Stranraer’s visitor information centre and community hub, located next to Stranraer Harbour. The Gateway to Galloway Hub team help you make the most of a visit to Galloway, providing advice and ticketing for local events and activities.
This community-led tourism hub is delivered by Stranraer Development Trust, the organisation that also organises the fantastic Stranraer Oyster Festival, the Lighthouses of the Rhins Tours and a whole host of other community-led activities and projects.
The Gateway to Galloway Hub is situated next to Stranraer Harbour and a large free of charge car park, making this a practical and scenic first point of call on your visit to Galloway. Inside the information centre you’ll find a wide range of local produce, arts and crafts to browse, making it the perfect place to purchase a memento of your trip to Scotland’s south west.
