Gleddoch Golf Club sits on a stunning 360 acre estate within the Gleddoch Hotel & Spa Resort, offering spectacular views and a tranquil atmosphere despite being only 20 mins from Glasgow. On-site facilities include our Pro Shop, buggy/club hire, tuition, personalised club fitting, Academy course and our soon-to-be-opened all-weather 16-bay driving range and putting studio.
Designed in 1974 by J. Hamilton Stutt, Gleddoch Golf Club is widely regarded as one of the most scenic in the West of Scotland and represents a fair test for golfers of all standards.
The 6,288 yard 18-hole Championship course features gently undulating fairways, large greens and a real variety of holes which will require you to use every club in your bag. The layout of the course is a mix of Parkland and Heathland with stunning views across the Clyde Estuary and presents a fair test for all abilities, with some interesting, more challenging opportunities for pros! In particular, our signature 17th hole comes highly rated, boasting a breath-taking 150-foot drop to the green from the tee.
On-site, we also have practice facilities including our 4-hole Academy Course, to help you practice prior to hitting the course. Although still currently under construction, we will also soon have a state-of-the-art 16-bay covered driving range and putting studio which will offer ultra-modern practice areas to train and improve skills.
Additional facilities include the Pro Shop, club hire, buggy/trolley hire, personalised club fitting and tuition services from our PGA golf pro.
Pre-or-post game, our clubhouse The Nineteenth is the best place to drop in and have a drink or grab a bite to eat whilst overlooking the magnificent course.
