Designed in 1974 by J. Hamilton Stutt, Gleddoch Golf Club is widely regarded as one of the most scenic in the West of Scotland and represents a fair test for golfers of all standards.
The 6,288 yard 18-hole Championship course features gently undulating fairways, large greens and a real variety of holes which will require you to use every club in your bag. The layout of the course is a mix of Parkland and Heathland with stunning views across the Clyde Estuary and presents a fair test for all abilities, with some interesting, more challenging opportunities for pros! In particular, our signature 17th hole comes highly rated, boasting a breath-taking 150-foot drop to the green from the tee.
On-site, we also have practice facilities including our 4-hole Academy Course, to help you practice prior to hitting the course. Although still currently under construction, we will also soon have a state-of-the-art 16-bay covered driving range and putting studio which will offer ultra-modern practice areas to train and improve skills.
Additional facilities include the Pro Shop, club hire, buggy/trolley hire, personalised club fitting and tuition services from our PGA golf pro.
Pre-or-post game, our clubhouse The Nineteenth is the best place to drop in and have a drink or grab a bite to eat whilst overlooking the magnificent course.
