Our Hebridean Whale Centre is easily found on the picturesque harbour front among Tobermory’s famous brightly coloured buildings. Our interactive exhibitions are jam-packed with information about the amazing whales and dolphins found in our local waters, and about the conservation efforts of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust.

Do you want to learn how to spot and identify whales and dolphins? Our programme of walks and talks will help you discover the incredible creatures in our seas, explore the local area and connect with nature. Our immersive playroom is a great escape for wet weather days, and we have fun activities for all ages.

Our expert staff are on hand to answer questions, teach you about whales and offer local knowledge for your visit. You can find out about recent sightings, join an activity and learn more about how you can help marine conservation efforts!

Proceeds from activities and donations in the centre are gratefully received and will go towards support the charitable work of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust.
