I can do research before you visit Scotland, work with you while you are here or do follow up work when you go back home. My work ranges from very specific queries to fully researched family trees over several generations. I only do research for Orkney and north Highland roots now.

Not everything is online, by a long way. I'm within easy reach of the Highland Archive Centre in Inverness while Nucleus:The Nuclear and Caithness Archives, and Lochaber Archive Centre, Fort William are not too far away. I also visit Orkney several times a year and can research there too. At Inverness, I have access to all the ScotlandsPeople records, Kirk session records from the whole of Scotland, as well as the specific Highland records of course.

Combining a passion for family history with solid research experience and a postgraduate qualification in Genealogical Studies, my thorough, careful work is dedicated to revealing your family heritage.
