Located on Moncreiffe Island, just a short walk from Perth city centre, sits a truly unique golf club. Nestled on the banks of the River Tay, the course is believed to be the only inland island Golf Courses in the world.

The River Tay runs through the 'Fair City' of Perth, one of the most picturesque towns in Scotland. Whilst the club was founded in 1858, the idyllic setting of the island has been enjoyed by golfers since the club moved there from the North Inch in 1897, and continues to welcome members and visitors alike.

Affectionately referred to as ‘King Jimmy’ or simply “The Island”, of course, we’re very proud of the exceptional presentation and striking setting of the 18 hole course. But that’s not all -there’s the clubhouse serving delicious local produce all year round, our on-site shop and bursting social calendar all adding up to a fun and exciting atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.
