Visit a working farm on the beautiful South West Coast of Scotland!
Every Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 4pm we open our gates for visitors and customers. No entry fee to pay. An ideal place for families and everybody who loves animals and the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Surrounded by nature, sandy beaches and breathtaking views you find us outside the lovely picturesque little village of Maidens. The stunning Trump Turnberry Resort with the famous golf courses is just minutes away.
A historical runway, which was used from the RAF in the First and Second World War, will bring you into the farm. You will see horses and ponies on the way in. Our carpark is easy accessible and the yard wheelchair friendly. You can have a little stroll to see Shaun, the boss of our Ouessant sheep which are supposed to be the smallest sheep breed in the world. Kids love the rabbits and watch the pygmy goats jumping around. George, Mallow or one of the other miniature donkeys are coming to the fence to be patted between their long ears.
To keep you going there is a lovely selection of fresh prepared paninis, toasties or sandwiches in our farm shop beside local sourced produce, milk and cheeses and our own free-range eggs. While you can sit and relax with a nice coffee specialty and a slice of our gorgeous home baked cakes you might see a few riders going out with their horses. And if the idea encourages you, why not book a horse ride or carriage drive through the Estate. Send us an email or phone us to find out more. We speak English, Scottish and German and looking forward to welcome you!
