Visit an artist's working studio: unique felt art and watercolour paintings inspired by the Isle of Arran. A studio with a spectacular view across the sea to the Ayrshire coast

Working from my studio in Whiting Bay I paint watercolour paintings inspired by the abundance of spectacular views to be discovered on the Isle of Arran.
I also enjoy working with wool to create felted pictures inspired by the scenery and the creatures of the island.
I love making individual felt beads and creating unique pieces of felt jewellery from them.
I have a range of work and greeting cards for sale in the studio, but you are welcome just to pop by and take a look at my work in progress and enjoy the view!
The studio is in Middle Road in Whiting Bay (signed from the Shore Road) The studio is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons (or by appointment) until September. During COVID19 restrictions I cannot admit you into the studio but you can see everything that I am working on from the covered doorway and I can bring my current work to you so that I can explain what I am working on and I would love to have a chat with you!. . Please call ahead if you are making a special journey as I hate to disappoint visitors.

Now open Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons only (or by appointment). No entry into studio due to COVID 19 restrictions, but everything can be seen from the covered area at the door and I can bring items that I am working on to you.
