Visit our welcome centre and gift shop located within our multi award-winning distillery overlooking the historic and picturesque Forss Water and Crosskirk Bay.

Situated a stones throw away from the world renowned North Coast 500 route, North Point Distillery is the most northerly Rum distillery on the British mainland; producing a range of award-winning Rum and Gin spirits from the site of the former U.S Navy base in Forss, West Caithness.

Using a unique mix of contemporary and traditional production methods, North Point is one of the most sustainable distilleries in Scotland. Winner of the Gin Guide's award for sustainability in 2021, North Point advocates responsible procurement, carbon-neutral production methods and fully recycled packaging for all their products.

Our guided tours are the the ideal way to experience our craft and deep dive into the fascinating world of distilling.

Visit our stillhouse where we produce our award winning spirits, try a complimentary dram from our range, purchase distillery exclusive editions from our hand selected casks and visit our recently refurbished gift shop which is packed with locally produced souvenirs and products!
