Mark Goodwill of OrangeFox Bikes provides sports nutrition advice has a first class honours degree for the University of Edinburgh, and PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry, plus has a number of years competing in endurace sports so is very well qualified in this area.

Then come experience our mountain bike trails, we even have hundreds of "secret" single track trails that can be explored and enjoyed.
Not only is it important that you are "race" fit but it's important that your bike is in tip top shape. With our fully equipped static bike workshop which has many specialist tools so that no job is too big or too small. Out and about on your bike? We even have a mobile bike repair service so we can come to you and alternatively we can come collect your bike, sort it out at the workshop, and delivery it back to you.
At OrangeFox Bikes we offer cycle coaching which is great if you seek to build up your confidence on the bike which may make riding that bit more enjoyable. All it takes is an hour or two of coaching. Our cycle coaching is available for both adults and children and we suggest no more than a group of eight people as if there's fewer people it's more effective.
