At the Secret Garden Distillery, nature is at the heart of everything we do: from the way we grow and hand harvest our plants, to the way our gins are packaged. Founded in 2012 the garden was transformed into a secret oasis, providing an escape from city life. Here, you can enjoy the subtle magic that nature has to offer.

The Secret Garden itself is home to a wide range of plants and hand harvested botanicals which have been used in and inspired the flavours of our gins, creating something from "seed to sip".

Crafted at the foot of the Pentland Hills in Edinburgh, our gins are made with 100% natural ingredients. The gin is distilled, hand bottled and labelled on site. Our range includes traditional London Dry styles of gin to contemporary flavoured gins, all made with botanicals which feature in our Distillery’s Secret Garden.

Our Garden is the heart of our distillery. We want it to be enjoyed with something to offer for everyone whether that be a tour, a haven to sit, enjoy and contemplate or a place to learn about our herbs, plants and unique distillation process. The gardens are here for people to explore the very botanicals what makes our gin so special whilst getting lost in nature. We also have a small visitor shop where you can buy Secret Garden Gin and many local goods. Then, grab a table at our Secret Garden Cafe and Bistro, which is the perfect way to end your visit.
