South Loch Distillery offers guests the opportunity to sample our gins made on our 50 litre copper pot still while learning all about the production process in a relaxed setting.

Come and see the South Loch Gin Distillery and learn how gin is made in Scotland's oldest gin bar 56 North. You are welcomed with a South Loch Gin and Fever-Tree Tonic on arrival and we will teach you how our gin is made on our copper pot stills. You will learn about botanicals, production, distillation and bottling. You will sample three gins created by our master distiller with tasting notes and explanations from us. Finish off with a glass of bubbly topped off with one of our gin liqueurs. You can buy signed bottles of South Loch Gin on the day to take home with you and if you want to stay after the session our bar stocks over 400 years for you to try!
