The Borders Abbeys Way is a 107km circular route, featuring some of the Borders' oldest historic abbeys in the region, including Melrose, Dryburgh, Jedburgh and Kelso.
The Borders Abbeys walk can be started at any one of its five stages in Jedburgh, Hawick, Selkirk, Melrose or Kelso. Along this route, you will be able to admire the picturesque scenery of the countryside. Parts of this route follow the River Tweed and River Teviot, which are well known for salmon fishing.
You will also be able to stop and explore the pretty towns and villages with the option to take public transport between any of the five stages.
