The Edinburgh Chocolatarium, just off the historic Royal Mile, offers the Tour of Chocolate. 90 minutes of chocolate heaven with a guided tour of the chocolate-making process (with chocolate samples along the way).

The tour includes a chocolate-making experience with bars, chocolate castles and chocolate Nessies and a huge selection of toppings and ends with the chocolate Tasting Room - with over 40 varieties of Scottish and international chocolates. There are haggis and gin flavour chocolates to try, as well as craft varieties of the traditional favourites like milk chocolate and salted caramel.
