Unexplored Scotland

The Highlands of Scotland has many outdoor opportunities to offer and Unexplored Scotland tries to entertain premium outdoor activity tours and courses throughout the year.
Sea kayaking is one of the main activities and we have tours from early May to October at the Isle of Skye and the Summer Isles near Ullapool. All our trips are between 2 and 5 days with wild camping at the sea. Our sea kayaks are mostly premium fibreglass expedition boats our paddles are lightweight quality touring paddles.
You can also explore the Cairngorm mountains or Glen Affric on one of our wilderness hillwalking tours. These trips are usually 3 days and will involve wild camping at a beautiful spot in the mountains.
In winter we mostly offer winter skills mountaineering courses. They are usually 2 or 5 days long and cover all the skills you need to become a proficient mountaineer in the winter hills. All courses include ice axe, crampons, helmet and rucksack.
Since early 2017 we also offer a winter night camping trip to the summit of Ben Nevis, which includes all winter and camping equipment.
