Walk North Mountain Adventures offer guided day walks and multi day backpacking trips in the Scottish Highlands. Our bespoke adventures are tailored to your individual needs and requirements.
We specialise in giving a true taste of the mountain wilderness to anyone, whatever your level of previous experience.
We individually tailor our guided walks to suit you. When you contact Kevin, our mountain guide, he will discuss with you where you are based, your previous experience and what you are looking for from your adventure. Working together with you, we will create the best day out possible, whether that is walking through amazing scenery to see remote lochs and waterfalls, or climbing a munro (Scottish hill over 3000 feet above sea level).
Maybe you are looking for something with even more adventure? How about a two or three day backpacking and wild camping trip or even hammock camping? A truly immersive experience in the mountains! Or maybe you are a keen landscape photographer and want those amazing sunset and sunrise shots? How does a camp on top of a 3000ft mountain sound? Or maybe you and your children would love a hammock camping and bushcraft adventure together? Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
What makes us special at Walk North?
- We understand that not everyone is an experienced and confident mountain walker.
- We tailor the day to your own individual needs.
- The only clients on our guided walks will be yourselves – your friends and family. You will not be with strangers and worrying if you are going too slow and holding everyone up.
Our price is for the party, not per person.
- We cover a huge area of the Highlands and so we will recommend walks and meet you close to where your holiday is based, whether that is Aviemore and the Cairngorms, beautiful Glen Affric, Lochcarron, Shieldaig, Torridon, Kinlochewe or Ullapool!
Please visit our website for more details and we look forward to creating an amazing mountain adventure together with you.
