Our Dip & Chill is for the cold water enthusiasts looking to reap the benefits of cold water immersion. The waters in the Hebrides rarely get above 15 degrees so you are guaranteed refreshing dips! Our Guided Swim Treks take us on adventures swimming in Fingal's Cave, in hidden coves, and around islands. Our Open Water Development retreats cater for everyone because many of our swim spots are sheltered and shallow which allows for swimmers of all abilities and ambitions!

Our swim holidays are a chance to reset, detox and reconnect with nature. There is no better place than the Hebrides for open water adventures! Whether that’s dipping under a waterfall, challenging yourself to swim around islands and in caves, or practising skills with the backdrop of Mull’s rugged coastline. Being local, Emma and her team have a wealth of knowledge and will take you to the best swimming spots and introduce you to local culture and to the people who live here.

We try to always be mindful of the environment and use local community transport to visit places, our private chef prepares all of our meals using produce grown and sourced locally where possible, and we support the islands' economies by working with local businesses.

We have a holiday for everyone whether you are a heads-up breaststroker, a competition freestyle swimmer or a leisure dipper - you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience and lasting memories.
