Whether you have a love of cold water immersion for all its health and well being benefits or a thirst to take on a more adventurous swim, Emma and team have a wealth of local knowledge and will take you to all the best spots! Mull and Iona have some of the world’s most idyllic beaches and crystal clear waters teeming with seals, otters, dolphins and minke whales.

Dips and swims are bespoke and pitched at your level so if you are a heads-up breaststroker, a competition freestyle swimmer or a leisure dipper we will give you an unforgettable experience.

Emma’s reassuring coaching will help you build confidence in your swimming which will ultimately result in you developing a more efficient, streamlined stroke. If it’s dipping and exploring the benefits of cold water immersion that interests you, Emma has coached thousands of swimmers to do this safely and armed them with the right knowledge to start their own cold water journey.
