We practice friendly and relaxed guided Mindfulness Practices merged with Outdoor Nature Connection. Taking time out to enjoy Mindful walks on the beach, slow hillwalking or relaxing with Shinrin Yoku (Japanese Forest Being) are all on offer to enrich your experience with outdoor nature. No previous experience is necessary, nothing particular you have to bring, no need to worry about fitting in; simply come along and Just Be, Just Be Yourself ;) As options, you can also experience an Energy Healing Sound Bath with Gongs or Shamanic Drumming surrounded by woodland. Corporate Events also held.
