Customer Services
Our dedicated Customer Services Team will answer any questions you have about The Centre and help you find what you need. The Customer Service Desk is open seven days a week and is located in the mall near Beaverbrooks.
The Centre, Livingston Mobility Service
The Centre, Livington Mobility Service is located in The Centre Car Park 1 just off Almondvale Boulevard. The service offers wheelchair, mobility scooters and pushchair hire free of charge. All service users must register to take part in the scheme. To do this, we require two forms of ID, one with your home address and another with a signature.
Changing Place Toilet
Our Changing Places Toilet provides a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench and a tracking hoist system.
Baby Change facilities and family toilets
Are located throughout The Centre.
Baby Feeding Area
A peaceful baby feeding area is located in the Winter Gardens area of the centre, offering a place to feed and change.
Electric Car park Charging
Electric Car Park Charging is available in both Car Park 1 and Car Park 2

Pushchair Hire
Pushchairs can be hired free of charge from The Centre, Livingston Mobility Service or from our Customer Service Desk.

Fun Kiddy Cars can be hired from our Customer Service Desk. Hire charges are £3 per hour, £5 for 2 hours.
