Yellow Hare is a specialist coffee, tea and gift shop selling home baking and gifts. There is also a self-service launderette and coin operated shower room adjoining the shop.

Yellow Hare opened in June 2018 and sells fresh roast coffee, speciality teas and home baking. The shop also sells a range of quality gifts including pottery, glassware, jewellery and unique Tiree-themed and pocket-money items. Do read our reviews on TripAdvisor.

We focus on ethical retailing and don't sell bottled water (filtered tap water is free), and all snacks are vegan. Most of our baking is gluten-free, our coffee cups and lids are 100% compostable and all packaging is non-waxed tissue and paper.

Our indoor seating is limited to 8 and outdoors seats 50. We are at the ferry terminal, by the water's edge and look out to Gott Bay, a 3-mile stretch of silver-sand beach. A 24-hour public self-service launderette and coin-operated shower room adjoins the shop.
