ITINERARY
Departing Edinburgh at 8.15am, we head north towards Fife, past the imposing Forth Bridge. Built in 1890, it is one of Scotland’s greatest man-made landmarks, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We cross the water and travel onwards to the new V&A Museum in Dundee; Scotland’s first design museum and a vision of contemporary architecture overlooking the River Tay.
Our next destination is St Andrews; home to world-famous golf courses and Scotland’s oldest university. Enjoy plenty of free time to explore the beautiful beaches and romantic ruins of the castle and cathedral. Treat yourself to a locally made ice cream, before we travel to the quaint fishing town of Anstruther. We arrive back into Edinburgh around 5.30pm.
