Day tours around the Isle of Skye
Each tour is around 9 hours per day taking in the well known spots of Skye and allows you time to take a walk to them and back to the minibus. Everyone is welcome and we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves.
Take in the spectacular views of the north of Skye as you make the assent to the pinnacle of the old man of storr, and take in the views on the way up and of course down. Stand at the viewpoints and enjoy the view over to the mainland as you see the footprints of dinosaurs that once walked this island. After lunch head further north as you hear about the history of the clan battles that would take place not only on Skye but the other islands to. Sit back relax and enjoy what Skye has to offer!
Why not join us on a 2nd day tour of the South end of the island where will stop of at Sligachan and visit the monument of Collie and Mackenzie and stand in awe of the massive and magnificent Cullin mountains. Then we can head over to the fairy pools where we might even see the fairies taking a swim in one of the many pools, with the black Cullins as a backdrop. After lunch lets burn those calories by taking a walk down to Neist point lighthouse and enjoy the views of the outer islands (weather permitting)! To end the day we will take a nice stroll down to Coral beach before we head back into Portree, for you to enjoy dinner in one of the many restaurants for a lovely dinner and a well deserved dram!
