Then, you're in the right place! Hillwalk Tours - Scotland has the widest range of itineraries to suit all abilities and budgets!
With Hillwalk Tours, you decide how many days you wish to go walking for and when you wish to start. So, if you want to go walking for four days (or five days, or six days, or sev...) then that's no problem. Similarly, if it suits you to start your walking holiday on a Thursday (or a Friday, or a Saturday, etc.) then that's fine too - our tours start seven days a week from April to October.
To ensure that your overnight accommodation is as welcoming and as comfortable as possible, each B&B that you will stay at along the walking trail has been personally visited by a member of the Hillwalk Tours team. After a long walk, you'll be happy to know that we have found some wonderful places to relax and put your feet up in the evenings!
Tour prices start from as little as £325 (€389) for a 4-Day Tour and, with our detailed grading system (see below) you can even decide how far you wish to walk each day!
'Gentle' Walking Holidays: For recreational walkers, our 'Gentle' itineraries are designed with relaxation in mind! Each day, you will walk no more than an average of 7.5 to 9 miles (12-15km) leaving lots of time to explore the sights and attractions along the trail.
'Moderate' Walking Holidays: An early start will give you plenty of time to cover the daily average of 11-14 miles (18-22km). The 'Moderate' tours are most popular amongst our walkers and should pose no difficulties to regular hill walkers.
'Challenging' Walking Holidays: As the name suggests, these itineraries are best suited to those who wish to cover a lot of ground as quickly as possible. Each day, you can expect to cover an average of 16-19 miles (26-30km).
All our tours include all the usual stuff (B&B accommodation, detailed maps and route notes, 24/7 support service) as well as lots of extras (waterproof map/map protector, insider tips on the best places to eat and drink, historical guides) designed to make your Scotland walking holiday an experience worth remembering.
