We, at Skye Kayak Centre, offer an amazing beginner’s kayaking experiences at our base on the Isle of Skye. Based on the sheltered shores at Eilean Iarmain Hotel.

Join us at our kayak centre on Skye, based at the sheltered bay on the Sleat peninsula. With our local knowledge about the isle’s history, culture and wildlife, we will take you on a memorable, fun, half day journey by sit-on-top kayak. 

Our experienced guides will ensure you have a magical, enjoyable and of course, safe kayak experience on Scotland’s most romantic of isles. The views will be breathtaking and the memories will last a lifetime.

Choose from a morning or afternoon kayaking experience, designed to let you experience the peaceful waters of Skye by kayak. This tour is aimed at beginners, for those with little or no kayak experience.

We are experts at wildlife spotting and the scenery on the Isle of Skye is second to none, pristine, unspoilt waters.

We provide all the equipment you need for your half day beginner’s sea kayaking experience.
