Tour Plan

Meet & greet.

We'll pick you up from Stirling train station where we'll introduce you to the tour and make sure you're ready to head to the Trossachs National Park.

Arrive at Ben A'an.

Before you arrive at Ben A'an we'll stop in the Town of Callander, this will allow you to get a public toilet and maybe a short visit to Mhors Bakers if you fancy one of their delicious cakes as a treat for reaching the summit. Leaving Callander and not too far away sits a small village called Kilmahog, here you'll hopefully get the chance to feed the highland cows if they're still looking for something to eat. Once the Coos have had their belly full its time to head to the foot of Ben A'an itself to start our hike.

Lunch.

At the summit you'll be greeted with more views than you thought possible from this miniature mountain. Loch Achray and Loch Katrine can be seen from here, Looking at Loch Katrine from east to West and beyond looking over to the Arrochar Alps way in the distance is stunning. Ben Venue stands across the Loch giving you a close up of the Mountain as you relax eating a well deserved lunch with options of tea, coffee, cuppa soup or hot chocolate.

The walk back.

Taking our time descending as you capturing the last of the great views for your lasting memories. Reaching the van we get comfortable for our journey back to Stirling train station.

Coming home.

We will stop again at Callander to allow toilet breaks. Arrive at Stirling train station here is where we say our farewells for now.
