  • This is a very long day tour commencing from your place of accomodation at 0645hrs sharp.


  • There then follows a drive North through rapidly changing landscapes and fabulous scenery to a brief photo stop at John O Groats before continuing to the Orkney Ferry Terminal at Gills Bay


  • Crossing the Pentland Firth to St Margarets Hope, Orkney we proceed to the Italian Chapel at Lambholm,


  • We then carry on to Kirkwall where a brief sustenance/shopping stop or distillery visit could be made


  • Leaving Kirkwall we drive to Skaill bay and visit Skara Brae and Skaill House.


  • Visit stones of Stennes and Ring of Brodgar


  • Report into Stromness ferry terminal and travel to Scrabster, Caithness


  • Travel back to Inverness arriving there about 2100hrs
