- Welcome Meeting: Each tour begins with a welcome meeting at a place and time prearranged between you and your guide
- The Descent: Following a practice of the skills required we will descend a suitable section of the canyon with challenges that suit your ability
- Lunch: We'll enjoy a hearty picnic lunch in a stunning natural setting.
- Following the descent: Unless arranged otherwise we return to the meeting point for snacks and drinks provided by us
