Experience The West Highland Way - Scotland’s most popular long-distance hiking trail. Along the way you will visit stunning places such as Loch Lomond, Rannoch Moor and Glencoe.
The West Highland Way is Scotland’s most popular long-distance hiking trail. Every year thousands of people come to Scotland to take on the challenge of walking 96 miles (154 km) through some of Scotland’s most spectacular and diverse scenery, including remote moorlands, dramatic glens, tranquil lochs and imposing mountain ranges.
The route is accessible for less experienced walkers of varying abilities and fitness as well as more experienced walkers. If the 96 miles (154 km) you’ve undertaken aren’t enough then you can always extend your holiday by an extra day and climb Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain, which stands at 1345 metres (4413 ft).
