Known locally as "the Dumpling" due to its shape, this small hill can be climbed using a short, steep path. Although the hill is under 500 ft, the reward at the top is one of the best views of Loch Lomond and the mountains of the southern Highlands beyond.
The hill was a favourite of the late, great hill walker, broadcaster and naturalist Tom Weir. It is an easy and worthwhile walk for anyone of reasonable fitness and makes a great day out with the kids.
