It has a claim to fame - the Fenwick Weavers' Society, formed in 1761, is possibly the world's first co-operative society.
The village is also home to the Fenwick Hotel, with a restaurant and lounge serving quality western and eastern cuisine.
Craufurdland is a small, family run estate and castle in Fenwick, which features accommodation, fisheries, outdoor activities and a café with stunning countryside views and delicious soup, paninis and refreshments to enjoy. Scenes from Channel 4’s Country House Rescue were also filmed here.
