Directions

Road Directions

Mostly wooded with birch, alder and Scots pines, it forms part of the beautiful archipelago in the central Loch Lomond. The island’s south eastern end is a little round peninsula from which the island takes its name as Inchcruin means The Round Island. While most of the coastline is rock strewn, there is a narrow isthmus in the middle forming sandy bays on both its shores.
