Lying on the west side of Loch Lomond, the tiny island of Inchgalbraith is situated two miles south east of Luss.
As its names implies, the island has connections with Clan Galbraith as it was one of their strongholds. Visitors today can still admire the remaining tower of their ancient castle as the 15th century ruins take up most of its entire surface.
