The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 kingsize, 1 twin) with lovely bedding. One king bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe whilst the other king and the twin have a wardrobe with drawers. 4 Star rated with Visit Scotland.
The bathroom is a large family bathroom with a bath and separate large walk in shower unit.
The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances including electric hob with extractor unit above, conventional oven and a combi microwave oven, tall integrated fridge freezer, full size dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a table, chairs and bench to seat 6 in the dining area. Patio doors open onto the paved terrace to the front of the property. There is a railing around the terrace and steps down to the parking area. (Apologies - photos were taken before the railing was fitted).
The living room has two sofas, one large armchair and an electric log burner for those cosy nights in.
Both the kitchen and living room benefit from lovely views across the countryside.
The property is fitted with a new electric heating system.
There is a boot room for storing walking boots, coats etc and there is also a lockable shed for bike storage.
There is parking for 3/4 cars at the property and a large grassed garden area both at the front and the back of the property. The cottage is fully enclosed when both gates are shut.
All bedding/towels are provided.
A highchair/travel cot/bed guard are available for younger visitors.
Pets - one dog per booking is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture/bedrooms.
