Home from home! (and we mean it!) Come stay in the heart of Inverness with all the advantages of being in walking distance from everything, yet in a quiet back street that offers the peace and tranquility you expect in the Highlands.

Hi, we are Jamie and Heather and we look forward to welcoming you to our home! Our small B&B is based on our guests being part of the family, where you are welcome to chat over a tea or coffee and have Jamie help with your plans while staying in Inverness. We are a throwback to the traditional bed and breakfast, where you are definitely not just a guest in a room, but more of an old friend coming to stay! You'll no doubt meet our 2 little boys, Ruben and Ethan and help with Ruben's Buzz Lightyear! Our 3 en-suite bedrooms are all double beds (one King) and our guest lounge is equipped with tea, coffee, fruit, fridge and an abundance of local information to help you get the best from your trip! You are only a 5 minute walk to the castle, and a 10-minute walk from the train and bus stations, located on a sleepy back road, you find us a home from home where Jamie is always there to help with recommendations and planning your day.
