WELCOME TO DUPPLIN152 Focusing on the care and comfort of our guests, we offer two cosy ensuite rooms with excellent quality King, or Superking beds, bedding, drapes and soft carpets Plus plenty of complimentary drinks, snacks and toiletries. Having just the two bedrooms for guests, we make the dining room available to relax in too during your stay, as an extension of your room. The two rooms are often booked together, by friends, or family. so the place is then your own to enjoy. Enjoy the garden too. Weather permitting. Early risers can benefit from the filter coffee brewing automatically in the dining room at 6:30 am and take it out to the secluded seating area to the left of the house.

Dupplin152 is based in the west end of Dundee. The property has been a doctor's surgery since 1877 and has been owned, renovated and cared for, retaining many original features, by us, Fiona and Bryan since 1997.

The property retains it's Victorian charm, with understated decor. The rooms are light and airy.

Original features sit alongside antiques and miscellaneous paraphenalia found at French antique markets, so a little shabby chic turns up here and there.

Fiona is a semi-retired Chef. She will be cooking your breakfast to order. Bryan will be enjoying looking after you front of house.

Dupplin152 bed and breakfast was established in 2017. We designed our bed and breakfast to be how we would like to book ourselves. So our two en-suite rooms have extra large double beds of superb quality and the bed linens, towels, drapes and carpets are of the same high standard.

The complimentary hospitality tray and toilet items are plentiful and for even more choice, you can help yourself to espresso, more teas, and fresh fruit in the dining room 24/7

OUR COSY, COMFORTABLE DINING ROOM is for your use your entire stay. It has a Smart TV and an original Victorian fireplace which is lit on dreary winter mornings.

As well as your own rooms' well stocked hosptality tray, We offer here, a complimentary fruit bowl, Nespresso machine, instant kettle and a large range of teas and usually home made biscuits.

The large, solid table seats four, with big, comfortable carver chairs to relax in and enjoy your breakfast.

The middle drawer of the pot board has games, cards and mini jigsaws.

To the left of the front door is a secluded seating area, where you can enjoy a coffee with the morning sun, or bring out your breakfast. The garden is yours to enjoy.
