Methven is set in beautiful countryside and there are plenty of pleasant walks. The amenities include a recommended Indian restaurant, pub and restaurant, convenience store, garage, cafe, post Office, pharmacy and a Chinese Takeaway. We are on a main bus route to the city of Perth (6 miles) and the holiday town of Crieff (12miles). There is a large supermarket with fuel 4 miles away.
The house is available all year with tariff changes accordingly.
The 3 bedroom semi-detached home consists of one King Size, one Double and 1 twin bedroom, with the king size room having space for a cot. All bedrooms are upstairs. The ample kitchen has all amenities including a freezer and washing machine, dining table and chairs. The back garden is an easily accessible space for peaceful relaxing outside. The lounge is nicely furnished and comfortable with tv and DVD player. The bathroom is downstairs with a large walk-in shower and also a bath. It has gas central heating and fully double glazed. Bed linen and personal towels are supplied for your use free of charge.
Gas, electricity and WiFi used during your stay is already included in the tariff. We offer the property on a weekly basis and 3 night breaks.

Perth is a town well known for its music festivals, farmers markets, ice rink & leisure pool, shopping, museum, art gallery and the concert hall. There are lovely walks along the river Tay and recently, Tay cruises. It is a historical town with some very old graveyards and castles: Tibbermore and Huntingtower are close to us, as well as Scone Palace. Scone races have festivals during the year and there are ample golf courses all around. It is a very central location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Pitlochry, Blair Atholl and Inverness are easily accessible with the road network.
